Tower Australia is a provider of financial services, insurance, investment and superannuation solutions. With over 700 employees, it was looking for a platform that would enable the management of multiple HR needs including performance review, training, development, self reviews and team reviews.
Tower Australia also wanted to replace its existing cumbersome paper-based system with a platform that would provide more consistency and free up managers to focus on improving outcomes rather than becoming bogged down in the performance management system.

Acelero replaced the old paper-based, decentralised system to a centralised, streamlined and intelligent platform. This has revolutionised Tower’s people management processes, making them more meaningful and adding real value to performance review data.
With significant time saving, transparency and efficiency of use, Acelero has enabled Tower to free up time to focus on the higher value aspects of the employee performance development and reporting process. “We have also been able to minimise the number of times that we need to go to the business with requests to provide performance related information,” says Mr. Higgins.
